Can you believe we’re already talking about Fall fashion? Summer has just gotten into full swing, or so it seemed. Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of attending the Rebecca Minkoff Fall Preview event at her Soho store. If you know me, then you already know – I might be one of Rebecca’s biggest fans and consumer. We all fell in love with the beloved M.A.B. convertible satchel and when she launched her ready-to-wear collection, I nearly passed out. The Fall collection is everything that I hoped for and more. It’s the 70s reimagined – exotic skins, fringe, peasant blouses and over the knee boots. The color palette is earthy and rich – think merlot and muted green and grey tones with a luxe vibe. Remember that first Pam & Gela collection? I loved it but it was a little to California for me if you know what I mean. This has all of that young and carefree vibe with a dose of NYC polish.
I immediately fell in love with four items from the collection:
- The peasant blouse
- The faux fur and leather oversized moto vest
- A line whipstitched
- Leather feather earrings (because a girl loves her jewels – so naturally)

Oh, and don’t think I’ve abandoned the Weekly Roundup. I have something special planned for you guys. Look out for it on Monday! As always – remember to SEE. TOUCH. TASTE.
